Calibration of MSI G274QPF with Calibrite Colorchecker Display Pro

Got a new 27in MSI G274QPF monitor.  (IPS, Anti Glare, etc).  got latest software for Calibrite Colorchecker Display Pro.   Get all the way to the brightness adjustment.    Set Target Luminance to 80.   Measured Luminance is 213 at default setting for Brightness at 68.   Adjust Brightness to lowest setting of 0 and Measured Luminance only goes down to 135.  What are my options at this point?

The RGB settings from earlier in the calibration are at 48-50 now.   This might have to go back.

I ran the Ambient Light Measurement and got this.  Does this mean my room is not bright enough?
