Removing red (sprung arteries) in eyes

I was hoping you would have a suggestion how I would go about fixing the red in this ladies eye? Thanks very much for your help.

Before I explain it, can you tell me if you have any photos of her where her face (and therefore her eye) is bigger in the shot?

I'm afraid this is the biggest her face is in the shots that I have taken
