Boy glasses haze

Is there a way to use a levels layer to reduce the greenish haze on his glasses?

Well, kinda.

This is a Levels tweak, along with the Handyman method.  Does it look ok?

I fear I've got his eye colour wrong.

The eye color is a little off but overall this is much better.

What should I do in levels?

 

And I haven't used the handyman in a long time.  I'll search for the tutorial.
