Sancurtis Posted October 5 Share Posted October 5 Updated my Photoshop to version 25.12.0 and now the layers are showing with a paintbrush instead of a thumbnail and the layer masks have a square in the middle. Damien Symonds Posted October 5 Share Posted October 5 Hi @Sancurtis, this happens to everyone from time to time, don't worry. It simply means your layer thumbnails have been turned off. Click here: And choose "Panel Options". When that window opens, you'll find that your Thumbnail Size has been set to "None". Change it to a larger size.
