Uninstall SpyderXElite from MBP

Hey there!

Is there a "proper" way to remove the SpyderXElite app from my Macbook Pro? I'm looking in Applications > Datacolor > SpyderXElite > SpyderXElite.app - so do I just drag the .app file to the trash?

Honestly? To get all the bits and pieces left over from the program is to use the un-installer that is part of CleanMyMac X from MacPaw.com.

It used to be that you would just drag the program from the Applications Folder to the Trash and empty it. That's the official way since 1984. Since programs are more robust, and this one directly influences settings on your Mac, it might have a bit of left-overs, in which CleanMyMac X might find for you.
