Stretching Backdrop

This is my first time stretching a backdrop and obviously I did something wrong.  Why doesn't my stretching flow, and how do I get rid of the awful line and two toned colors?

Hi Tammy, let's go back to the start.  Can you show me the SOOR?  That is, the original photo with the raw edits done, but no Photoshop work.

And remember, NO CROPPING, ever.
