JPEG looks off compared to PSD file

What I am experiencing is my JPEG not looking as sharp/clear as the PSD file.  I opened the JPEG in windows viewer then side by side to PSD opened file.  The JPEG is off in sharpens/clarity and some color.  I should mention I caught the it was in 8bit untagged,  not sure how long this was going on,  I have since changed in back to srgd.  ACR was set to sRGB.

You can only judge sharpness at 100%.  View both files with the Loupe in Bridge.

Never use, or trust, Windows viewer for anything.  Only ever use Bridge.

Thanks,  they do look a bit better there.  I saved the jpeg by image processor and save as sRGB was uncheck, if that makes a difference.

What quality level was your jpeg save set to?

I unnecessarily did 12.

Gee, then they should be damn near identical (the jpeg and the psd) in the loupe.
