Hi Damien,

I've just recalibrated my screen following your instructions.  It looks to match pretty closely, however my brightness is adjusted all the way down to 46.  It is pretty bright in here, is that why?  I bought the recommended color temperature bulbs when I first read through a long time ago-there are four.  Would you recommend taking two of the bulbs out?  Or is it ok if it is on 46 if it seem to match?

Great.  And when you say 46, you're talking about the Spyder's reading?  Not the number on the Dell itself?

No- that is the number on the screen under brightness when I matched to prints

lol I think you just answered my question.  Sorry!  I got all worried so I went back in to the brightness on the actual monitor and it showed 46 so I thought I did something wrong!  But I know it fell within the guidelines during calibration.  It's a big difference!  Thank you!
