I want to edit out the electrical lines but can not figure out how to without making it look blotchy because of the fade of the sunset.  The poles are not a problem to remove with spot heal (haven't removed them in this edit yet) but any of the horizontal lines are a mess for me.

I've generally found that the safest way to handle this is to replace the sky altogether.  This is a fake sky, what do you think?

It is so hard!  Your edit is great.  Thank you so much!  So how do I do this?  I've never used a fake sky and figured it had to come from some cheesy overlay.  But this matches it perfectly, just like the real sky but without the distracting background.
