Command make. Issue

Hi! 

 

Everytime I use an action in PS, and error message pops up that says the command make is not currently available.

Oh crap.  Crap crap crap.  You've got a much bigger problem than even the actions you're using.  Please go all the way through this to fix your color space and bit depth problems.

Also, right-click on a layer in the Layers Panel and choose a thumbnail size.  Presently it's set to "No thumbnail".
