Spyder5 Pro... Brightness Issue in calibration

I just received the spyder5 pro, and am trying to calibrate my monitor brightness. The one step tells me I need to get within 4% of the 200 range, but with my brightness at 100%, that only gets me to 155. This monitor is in a very well lit room, and there really isn't anything I can do to change that.

Any ideas? Will this greatly affect who my monitor is calibrated?

I should mention.. the measurement is 200 cd/m^2
