Kendra Leonard
Ha ha and here I'm all "woo hoo no more pink!" It's maybe 2 years old?
Damien Symonds
Of course we hope that tech will live longer than two years, but gee, all this flickering sounds bad. Can you check the cables to make sure they're plugged in firmly? How long has this problem existed?
Kendra Leonard
Cables are good, and it started a week or so ago when I switched to CC.
Damien Symonds
Oh, interesting!! Which version were you using before CC?

Damien Symonds
Can you do this for me?
Kendra Leonard
I have a PC laptop running Windows 8.1 and Photoshop CC. It is under 2 years old, and has 8GB of RAM. Its hard drive has 380GB free out of 919GB. The last time I shut down was earlier today. I have never run a cleanup program.
Damien Symonds
That all sounds ok. Nothing jumps out as being risky. But I do strongly recommend running Glary. Ok, so we're back where we started. I need you to disconnect the external screen, calibrate the laptop screen, and work with it for a day or so and see if the same flickering problem is evident. Kendra Leonard
Ok, will do! I'll check back tomorrow evening. Thanks a ton!

Kendra Leonard
So before I thought to ask you, I had ordered a new color munki, thinking maybe mine was bad. Used it and I'm back to pink screen. So frustrating. So then I did what you said and tried to callibrate my laptop. It stayed a grey-ish purple at least. Plugged my monitor back in the next day just to see. Screen kind of grey now, not as pink. Kind of going to lose my mind soon lol!
Damien Symonds
On 20/12/2016 at 3:20 PM, Kendra Leonard said: right at the end when I save the profile, the screen turns a nice grey and then bam, pink. Is it still doing this? The "bam" thing?
Kendra Leonard
When I got to the end and clicked save, yes. Then I unplugged it, plugged it back in, and now I think it's more grey but to be honest I'm not sure my eyes aren't just going crazy.
