Whats the best Bit and Color mode for PS when heavy editing with curves mostly?

Hi Damien, right now I edit in 8bit and srgb..Ive recently took a few classes that the photography edits in 16 bit and pro photo or color (whatever its called) is there a difference? I'de love to hear your opinion. thanks so much....cara

Always sRGB.  But yes, 16-bit if you're doing heavy work.
