My amazing second shooter took this image and the client asked me if I can brighten the groomsmen on the left side. I tried and it was pretty terrible. is this salvageable? I have no other file to swap faces from this scene with better lighting.
Bonnie_Wireback Posted February 26, 2016 Author Posted February 26, 2016 This is what I got so far. Your questioning me if I shot in RAW made me realize that I could blend two exposures so it's better but still rough.
Damien Symonds Posted February 26, 2016 Posted February 26, 2016 Are the blacks so black because you like it that way, or because they can't be recovered in raw? For your blending to work best (yes, that was going to be my suggestion) you'll need little or no black clipping in raw.
