Best way to easily disect an action

i have an action i want to disect how can i easily see what the steps are of the action when it ran... so i can work it backwards and learn to do the steps myself not relying on all parts of the action?

Yes, you can click all those little arrows to drill down and see each step in detail:

trying to find out what the sharpening settings are. possible or no?

No, there aren't any settings for the "Sharpen More" feature, sadly.  It's simply an option in the filter menu.
