tayonna
I am looking to to change out the green background for a yellow one or just make the green yellow. I tried your "replacing a background around hair" method and her hair appears to be too similar to the background for this method. This is SOOR. Damien Symonds
Do you want to keep the pattern and shadowing that's there? Just change the colour? Can you show me roughly what colour you want?
tayonna
I'd like to keep the shadow if possible, just changing the color would be good with me but I have a yellow polkadot background i had saved to use in case. I'm not too picky about the color yellow but have attached a sample color as well as what I had saved to use if replacing would be easier than changing the color. Damien Symonds
Add a Levels layer ... Red channel 0/1.00/215 and 0/255 Green channel 0/1.00/225 and 0/255 Blue channel 0/1.00/255 and 0/160 Then mask on to the background. You'll find you can allow it to encroach onto the hair a bit, without harm.
