Is this your Straight out of Raw?  (If not, please post that for Damien as well.  Raw edits done, but no PS work. )

Olga, you also need to turn "show/document profile" on.  Follow this if you haven't already.

Can you post a 700x700 crop of that "nose/mouth" area for Damien?  It helps supplying as much as possible, so he can help with the editing right away.  

The LCD on the back of your camera is showing you a jpeg preview...if you are shooting raw, it's not very accurate.  While it's good to keep an eye on the LCD for clippings and adjust your exposure triangle, it's not reliable 100%.

The histogram in your raw editing program is what you should rely on.

Can you also show which image you are using?  I think you will get stuck if the person has blonde hair for example.

Can you also post a SOOR?  *Not* a "SOOC", but an edit with your raw edits done, but no PS work?  I'm not sure D will need it, but it might be useful.

Can you also add which calibrator and which pro lab?  And, of course, you know that you are supposed to get the monitor to match those awful prints (no matter the shadows and all that).
And you already did read the "light around the computer"? 
Anything else you think of that you can add here for Damien to help you troubleshoot?

But your issue here is the lack of shadows, right?  They are floating, aren't they?  Can we see a SOOR shot?  The original image (with RAW edits done, but no PS work)
