  1. Which is the lesser evil?
  2. Here's the whole pic with GF3 layer off still.
  3. I feel like I'm going backwards / making it really scratchy.
  4. This is it with the GF3 layer switched on...
  5. How's this? Note: I have turned the darker 'Gradient Fill 3' layer off.
  6. Thanks. Just to confirm - are we still talking about the 'Gradient Fill 1' layer?
  7. Do you mean change to multiply like your layer or by adjusting the arrows in the Gradient Editor panel? (Or something different)?
  8. Ok. Here goes... It feels quite heavy to me.
  9. It looks like I have to mask the original 'Gradient Fill 1' layer - is this correct?
  10. Thanks - you're right. How's this?
  11. I can't seem to get the colour right - or very close.
  12. Yes it is. I'm making it darker now.
  13. Thanks. How's this? Darkened & moved over.
  14. I have just gone back and masked the Gradient Fill 1 layer more closely, and tweaked the gradient colours again. I can't get Gradient Fill 3 to help much - can you please let me know what I'm doing wrong?
  15. Thanks. Here's my attempt to replicate the next step.
  16. I actually think the Gradient Fill 1 Layer was my first attempt and should be switched off.
  17. Do you think the Gradient Fill Layer 3 is ok?
  18. Ahh ok. How's this? Should I be worrying about the carpet blending yet or will I mask that later?
  19. I have no idea how you have achieved this. I have created a new gradient fill layer, radial, dither checked, unchecked 'align with layer'. It looks awful!
  20. Would this be like your Gradient Fill 3 / 4 / 5 layer?
  21. Thanks. Now to careful masking?
  22. Gee it doesn't take much to send you cross-eyed with this!
  23. Thanks. I'm struggling with the 'Gradient Fill 1' layer. And have been back into the Layers & Masks class to refresh my memory. Please let me know if I'm on the right track...
