Hi Brian
When I turned my computer on, I was faced with a black screen with a message: Loading Operating System, and then nothing it just sits there.
I have turned the computer on and off and it still won't boot past that screen.
I run Windows 10.
Does this mean my hard drive has been wiped or is it a RAM issue? is there anything I can do to fix it?
Many thanks
Anne

Hi Brian
i have a canon 5d mark ii. I use all genuine canon accessories.
Here is the weird thing. I left it for a couple of hours and tried it again and it was working, I wasn't getting the message. I got busy yesterday, so I didn't get a chance to have a good play. Maybe that means it could be a shutter issue. thoughts? i don't like the sound of main board/power issue
I will keep you updated and let you know how i go after todays play.

Hi. I am getting an err 20 message on my camera. I have attached a photo of the full message. I get the same message with all lenses, so I am guessing it is something more to do with the camera. I have re-instaled the battery, turned it on and off, replaced the CF Card and it is still happening? have you come across this before. thanks in advance.

Yes, and I restarted my whole computer thinking that may work.

Hi. I have loaded ICC profiles from my print lab onto my computer under C:Program Files x86/Common Files/Adobe/Colour profiles. When I go to set up my soft-proofing in Photoshop they are not showing up? Do you know why?

Ahh...that is it! Thank you

Damien, you had an article about how tight you can crop and how big the photo can be printed. Now I can't find it. Could you possibly point me in the right direction? Thanks heaps
I hope I have asked this question in the right area.

Screen resolution

I know this is an easy fix but, just can't remember how to do it.
I got a new computer and the screen doesn't seem right. When cropping photos I will do a 1:1 crop but it isn't square to look at on screen, the photo looks to be longer on the long edge. However, when I print, it is square.
I know this is to do with my display setting, and it is set at 1024 x 768, I am just unsure what it should be set at.
I hope all this makes sense.
Cheers Anne
