I want to print this big for a canvas

I'm wanting to print this as a large canvas, but the people are so small that the zoomed in quality is scaring me!  I'm attaching a 700px 100% crop.  It was quite noisy to begin with, and I'm afraid that may have ruined the quality for printing very big.    Yea or Nea?

This is a STUNNING photo, and you have absolutely nothing to worry about.  The focus is fine, and with correct sharpening, it will print a million dollars.
