Travis
Long story short, I applied for a job at a company that makes acrylic products. They want photographs of their products to sell on amazon. I haven't done much of this type of work at all but, I need the job. The problem I'm having is cutting out the object, in this case a glass, from the background. I need to be able to do it fast. I tried the pen tool in photoshop CS 6. It did work but took me a while to do it. In the example photograph, I know it's not perfect but are there other options that may be faster than the pen tool? Another issue is the white background that is seen through the glass. It's not white enough but if I try to increase the exposure either in camera or in PS, I start to lose the glass.
