SarahStacker Posted November 23, 2017 Share Posted November 23, 2017 Hi Damien My usual print lab can't do a matt size for my 20x40in print that I took through the print sharpening class recently so I'm looking at a different lab however they request all files to be in Adobe 1998 so they are print ready. SarahStacker Posted November 27, 2017 Author Share Posted November 27, 2017 OK, help! I've changed my PSA to 300 and now I'm trying to convert the file to Adobe RGB 1998. I found another post where you gave instructions to someone else as to how to convert the file. I followed that and I get this error message: Could not complete the Convert to Profile command because the ICC profile description is invalid. Have you encountered this before?
