Cyrulik Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 I am trying to extend and replace the background. I have tried the gradient method from your video but just can't get it to blend and look right. This is the only picture I have of the 4 kids from this session so I am desperate to make it work.
Crystal Felton Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 can you post where you are with your attempt? 1

Cyrulik Posted April 4, 2016 Author Posted April 4, 2016 I deleted all my tries because they looked so bad. I need the background to be cream and to extend the wood. I can try to recreate my awful attempt so I can post.
Damien Symonds Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 No, it's ok, let's just talk it through. My first question is - do you think you'll need to extend the flooring either side also? Or can you crop it close enough to prevent that necessity?
Damien Symonds Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 By the way, have you seen this one? http://www.damiensymonds.net/demonstration-extending-studio-floor-backdrop-photoshop.html
Cyrulik Posted April 4, 2016 Author Posted April 4, 2016 I need to use the link to see how close I can crop. I'm not opposed to that. I just didn't want to crop to close because I don't know what size they want to print it.
Damien Symonds Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 I figure maybe it will be necessary to add some floor to the right-hand side, at least? What are your thoughts?

I just didn't want to crop to close because I don't know what size they want to print it. I think I need to add one board to the right. The cream background is what I'm struggling with the most. It is not an even color so it's been hard to extend
