MNKaren Posted December 2, 2017 Share Posted December 2, 2017 The white balance tool in PS Camera Raw occasionally turns into a zoom tool. No keys are pressed - restarting PS fixes it sometimes and doesn't fix it other times. I did a web search and found a few people complaining about that with no solutions offered. Any ideas? MNKaren Posted December 2, 2017 Author Share Posted December 2, 2017 I have a PC laptop running windows 10 and Photoshop CC 2017. It is over 2 years old, and has 8GB of RAM. Its hard drive has 432GB free out of 465GB. The last time I shut down was earlier today. I run a cleanup program about once a month. PS: I know I need to free up storage space. Bought a couple of external hard drives, have backed everything up, and this weekend will set up a new process. Was waiting until I'm fresh so I don't mess anything up.
