Exploring the scan

It’s very simple to read, with only a few minutes’ practice. Each colour block represents a folder on your computer, and at a glance you can see where the biggest folders are.

Hold your mouse over a block, and it will tell you in the top left corner what folder it is. In this example, I’m examining a red block, and it tells me it’s the WinSxS folder containing over ninety-three thousand files, totalling about seven gigabytes:
