Snapcam
I read your article to consistently set the color profile to sRGB in Lightroom and Photoshop. When in the develop module of Lightroom, I press S to be in the Soft Proof mode, and select sRGB and leave it in the Perceputal mode. Then when I make one adjustment to the image in Lightroom it asks me to either make this as a copy of the proof or make the image a proof and I can't make anymore adjustments until I decide. Which should I choose from? Looking forward to a response. Cheers Len Link to comment
Damien Symonds
Never make a copy. Always choose "Make this a proof". Link to comment
Snapcam
Thanks Damien. Help me understand why not a copy? Len Link to comment
Damien Symonds
Well ... because you don't need a copy, of course. You're just editing your photo.
