I have just bought myself the canon 6d mark ii, I have photoshop elements 13 and it wont open my images in adobe RAW even though I've downloaded the latest plug in. ( I ended downloading and trying all of them ) still not working! I can see my images in bridge but how can I open them into Raw so I can edit them? Thank you! I’m not with my computer at the moment, but I think it says cannot open this file and something about updates? Which I clicked on it, the only update it says is for Lightroom which I don’t use? ashmavay Posted May 12, 2018 Author Share Posted May 12, 2018 it Says photoshop elements can not open this file. if you are attempting to open a raw file from a digital camera, make sure you have the latest camera raw update via help, updates.
