Photoshop screen mode

I can't get my screen mode to show my actions down the right and the list of open pictures along the top. I can get one or the other, but I need it in the same screen mode.

The first thing to try is going to Window>Workspace>Reset [name of your workspace].

I now have this with the open files visiable like I want them. I can go to view and add the actions but they are not attached to the right like they should and I cant see the minimize screen at the top.

May I see the whole of your screen in your screenshot?

That is the whole screen. Nothing else shows.

Well gosh, isn't this more than a Photoshop problem?  Where's your taskbar and Start Menu? They should be down the bottom of your screen.

Yes. It's very annoying. I updated last week and everything was fine. Then suddenly this happened. I figured I'd accidently pushed something.

Are all other programs ok?  How about Bridge?

 Everything else is working just as normal. Even bridge.

What happens if you double-click on this top bar here?

Does it make the Photoshop window smaller on screen?
