i1 Display Pro XRITE

I am following Damien's instruction manual exactly, but on my screen there is no white point, luminance, ambient light or flare control? What do I do?

I'm not really sure what I am looking for.

I have had my monitor too bright - I have darkened my monitor to match my prints, I feel my prints are too dark.

No, never make that mistake. Your prints are correct. Your screen has to match them, period.

Once you're calibrated you can re-edit any images you need to so that they are exactly as bright as you want them and you'll know exactly how they will print!

How does the color match your prints at this white point?

On my screen the sky is Purple Blue and the water is white/yellow and less vibrant.

On my print, the sky is darker blue and the water is more orange and very bright.

The colour is similar to my prints except for pink. There is more pink on my screen (on the water and sky) than on my actual print.

Then yes, that might indicate that 7415K is too high.
