makeup issue

I'm guessing makeup on her chin got wiped off or didn't blend well.  she chin has some bleshes I was going to clone out but the color issue with the rest of her face makes me wonder how to tackle this.  I swear I have done no editing to her chin yet the coloring makes it look like I did
