Jennik Posted September 8, 2018 Posted September 8, 2018 How do I re-size a photo? Ive tried the image/size but when i preview the jpg it still the same size
Damien Symonds Posted September 8, 2018 Posted September 8, 2018 Well, the method depends on the purpose. For what purpose do you need to resize?
Damien Symonds Posted September 8, 2018 Posted September 8, 2018 Great. So the next step is to find out exactly what size they need to be. Who do you host with?
Jennik Posted September 8, 2018 Author Posted September 8, 2018 blue host when he posts on a blog page its showing up really big.
Damien Symonds Posted September 8, 2018 Posted September 8, 2018 Is it a live blog? May I have the link?
Damien Symonds Posted September 8, 2018 Posted September 8, 2018 Oh, bummer. Ok, let's wing it. Let's try 600pixels high. Just to check - do you understand that all web images are measured in pixels, not inches or centimetres or anything else? So, you'd open your PSD, flatten the layers, then go to the Image Size dialog. You make sure the "Resample Image" box is checked, this is really important. Then at the top of that window you'll see the height in pixels. Change that to 600, and press ok. You'll see the image shrink (a lot) on your screen. Let me know once you've done that.
