Remove eye bug

Hi D ,
I want to remove this huge eye bug , I tried using curve and adjust the color but it didn't work.
I plan on editing this as BW portrait , but I want to fix it first in color

It was a good start , Had to use a little bit of curve on top of the handy man.

Yeah, you removed too much for sure.  It's really only the lower circle that needed to go.  Download PSD

Did you use flow or opacity ? 
Your work looks MUCH better
