Photo download

Hi I have been asked by a family member to get some photos of her canon 450D, I have a Macbook Pro and I use bridge but when I attempt to get her files off I get a message on my screen saying hat this is not supported. any help would be very much appreciated.

No in this case the camera and photos are old and I have no camera software. I am running latest CC photoshop and Bridge

No, if you have CC, conversion shouldn't be necessary.

What file format are the photos?

They are JPEG’s unfortunately

Then conversion DEFINITELY won't help.

I really need to see that screenshot.
