How to fix bold spot in head

What is a good way to hide the "bold" spot at the head where hairs go different directions ?

The same way that I showed you on another photo, I think.  Duplicate a chunk of the Background layer, set it to "Multiply" mode, nudge it down a bit, then mask it on gently.

No, the exact same area of hair.

Please note that I said "Background layer" not "background".

I'd anticipated that you'd paint it on a bit heavier than that.  But yes, definitely an improvement.

You haven't cropped your PSD, have you?

I cropped for export...
I don't understand why are you against cropping ? I'm not losing data...  I don't delete pixels

Here , since I don't delete the pixels while I crop (red rectangle)  , I can always get back to full picture
