How new/old is your computer?

Second question, do you have another computer (even a laptop would do) that you can temporarily plug the screen into, to see if it bands then too?  We need to pinpoint where the problem is coming from.

My computer and monitor is less than 2 years old. And I always turn my monitor off before leaving my desk (to ensure it lasts longer)

My son also plays some interactive games on here - - - I am not sure if that would cause an issue? Just trying to think of all things that could effect it.

I do have a laptop (my sons) that I could hook up.

Two years, but you've only started noticing this problem suddenly?

Yep! With JUST these images! I shot the wedding this past Saturday.

Is it possible a lens or camera could cause it?

Oh!  Well, have you re-opened some older photos to see if there is banding in them too, now?

No, because you see banding in my PSD as well, remember?

Yeah, I have. Nothing sticks out to me.

My sky in those photos was really blown out - But I do have a tendency to shoot that way.

I see it in the images that were not edited yet, but its not as bad.

I went to my neighbors house earlier and looked on her computer at the photos I had uploaded to facebook, and did not see it there either.

I will hook up my sons laptop and look there too.

I had to go pick my son up, and then I hit the hay.

 

I just got home from work - so I am going to do some research a little later, and ill let you know the outcome.
