Removing colour cast

I think you should use your eyedropper tool to sample a bit of nearby good skin colour (eg from her cheek).  Then add a Solid Color layer of that colour, and set it to "Color" blend mode.

Then invert the mask, then paint on gently with about a 10% brush.

By the way, don't attempt to get rid of quite all of the cast.  It's natural for some to be there.
