Jodie Williams Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 Hi need help to remove the moire on mans shirt. What is the best way to do this?
Jodie Williams Posted June 4, 2016 Author Posted June 4, 2016 I read your artical and had a go at reducing the moire. It was every where. i dont feel like it is any good and i have these colour spots on the left arm and right lower by hip
Damien Symonds Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 I've only done one half of the shirt here: First, the Channel Mixer layer as shown. Then a D&B layer clipped to the CM layer, for delicately painting any remaining stripes (where the moire was its absolute worst). Then an appropriate coloured Solid Color layer, on "Color" blend mode, to provide colour for the shirt again. 1
Jodie Williams Posted June 6, 2016 Author Posted June 6, 2016 should this be done before any levels work or any time is ok?
Damien Symonds Posted June 6, 2016 Posted June 6, 2016 Gosh, that's such a good question. Generally I'd advise doing it early in the workflow, after pixel editing but before your Levels work. However, technically speaking, you could do it any time. If you forgot to do it early, and had to do it after Levels, that would be ok too.
Jodie Williams Posted June 6, 2016 Author Posted June 6, 2016 (edited) This is my try, I still feel its not that good but it is better. had a bit of trouble with dodge and burn. Edited June 6, 2016 by Jodie Williams =
Damien Symonds Posted June 6, 2016 Posted June 6, 2016 Yes, the D&B requires a heck of a lot of patience.
