Will this look ok at 16x24 inch on canvas?

Hello! 

Attached is a photo I've been asked to have printed at 16x24 inch on canvas. I'm worried the focus isn't good enough but am hoping the canvas might save me. How do you think it will come up?

From the wording of your original question,  I assume you didn't take this photo?

If so, were you given the SOOC, or an already-edited file?
