Damien Symonds Posted January 31, 2023 Author Posted January 31, 2023 Okay, just do your best to position yourself in the brightest location possible.
Melinda Almaguer Posted January 31, 2023 Posted January 31, 2023 ok, will do! For the display settings. Should I customize it ti 65k or leave to native?
Damien Symonds Posted January 31, 2023 Author Posted January 31, 2023 Leave it on Native while you're getting on top of the brightness issue. Once you have an exact brightness match screen-to-print, then we can revisit any colour issues if they exist.
Melinda Almaguer Posted January 31, 2023 Posted January 31, 2023 Not going well. I'm not sure why this is so difficult for me.
Damien Symonds Posted January 31, 2023 Author Posted January 31, 2023 Unfortunately this photo doesn't tell me anything. I need you to describe with words what you're seeing.
Melinda Almaguer Posted January 31, 2023 Posted January 31, 2023 my prints are cooler and darker than the my screen
Damien Symonds Posted January 31, 2023 Author Posted January 31, 2023 Right. As I said, we'll deal with "darker" first. You've got your room as bright as it can possibly be?
Damien Symonds Posted January 31, 2023 Author Posted January 31, 2023 Okay, then go ahead and calibrate again with lower screen brightness.

Melinda Almaguer Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 It seems perfect now as far as lighting. I switched my desk position to be more under these led lights that I have. It seems like my prints are a little cooler than this album that I just had printed. I wonder if it is the LED light that I am under making it appear cooler?
