Duplicating

It’s also probable that you need more than one version of an action, if you have requirements for different sizes. For example, you might like 2048px for Facebook, but 1200px for your blog. And your blog might need different sharpening settings too. Or your blog ones might need a border, but your proof ones don’t … etc, etc.

So if you need more than one copy, just select it and “Duplicate” …

… then modify the new version (some or all of the steps on the previous pages) and rename both copies so you remember what they do.

I know this is all taking some time to set up, but trust me, it’s going to save you a LOT of time very soon.

REMEMBER, always save the action set again if you make changes.
