KelseyLynn
My computer reset and I can't remember what it was that I had to download in order for my computer to accept RAW images- currently they do not pop up automatically either in lightroom or photoshop. Any help is greatly apprectiated- Since this has happened I have been using the dreaded JPEG images to edit.

Damien Symonds
I'll need some more information. Do you mean you can't open your raw files to open them? Or do you mean you can't even get them off the card?
KelseyLynn
My computer will open the file in one of the picture programs (Photo Gallery) But when i open lightroom or photoshop it says the file is either corrupt or not supported. I believe I had to download some type of converter??

It is supported. Can you take a screenshot next time that error message appears? Or of your files in windows explorer?
