reneefoto
Hi! I'm sorry to bother you. I'm looking at the link for calibrators. The X-Rite ColorMunki Display is a descent price, but it is out of production. The X-Rite i1Display Pro got bad reviews for the software not working properly, to buy software from a 3rd party. Have you had bad experiences with the i1Display Pro? The Spyders are pricey. Suggestions on which one to buy? Renee'
Damien Symonds
Holy mackerel. I don't know what reviews you found about the i1Display Pro, but they're all nonsense. It's an excellent device, the only one I ever use.

Damien Symonds
That's ok, download the "TOGGLE.icc" profile that I provided in that article.
reneefoto
Hi! Thank you. Ok, done. It didn't give me the choice on where to save it though. screenshot attached.
reneefoto
Actually, Toggle is in the display profile. Is this correct? screenshot attached. Should it be in there? I see what you're saying.... "You’ll click on the other monitor profile, and you’ll probably see your screen change. Then you click on the proper profile again, and the screen will be ready to go." I did see the color and monitor change. Since I don't have another profile with the (*) to click onto, do I click on Toggle? Thank you! Damien Symonds
Yes, because the TOGGLE one has a (*) beside it, don't you see?
reneefoto
Yes sir, just making sure. When I clicked on Toggle it did turn it a hidius color like you said. Then I clicked back on the profile. But as far as I can tell it doesn't make my display brighter as before. Should I try it again? Or is it time to run the i1 Display Pro again? Damien Symonds
Bummer. Ok, then yes, you'd better recalibrate.
reneefoto
Ok, I'll give it a shot. Is there something in settings on my computer that I can keep it from changing the display?
Damien Symonds
I don't know, I'm so sorry. I can't understand why this would have happened.
