Can we come back to that a bit later? For now, we must concentrate entirely on getting a match between your photos in Photoshop, and the prints in your hand. 27 minutes ago, chana said: also on Friday arrived some prints and they came overexposed so I thought that was due my screen being wrong calibrated,,,,but I just opened on my screen and looks good...any reason so why the prints came wrong? Is this the first time this has happened? How often do you get prints?
chana
yeah overexposed yeah... but Dif colouring a few times
Damien Symonds
Ok, then we'd better ignore that set of prints for now. Do you still have some previous prints there with you?

Damien Symonds
Great, let's concentrate on those. How closely does Photoshop match them at the moment?

Almost perfect. And no, not overexposed at all. Arguably a tiny bit underexposed, but again, almost perfect.
chana
so that's what's happening only screen looks really red and overexposed some areas and some underexposed
Damien Symonds
So your screen is still too bright, yeah?
chana
and pinkish...but I guess its not too bright because by the prints is great,,,just on photoshop abit overexposed and pinkish I guess yes screen still too bright because when im looking at some pics they are overexposed
Damien Symonds
Chana, I fear you're overcomplicating this. Your screen must match your prints. It's that simple. If your screen is presently brighter than your prints, the brightness needs to go lower.
chana
ok...I put the brightness much lower is still not helping...still I have some areas over exposed and with a red tone thanks
