meris Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 I want to tuck his shirt collar in. There are no other shots where it's in. There are some angles where it's not as noticeable but he wants this one.
Damien Symonds Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 I beg you, don't wait too long to take the Sharpening class. Your edit makes me cry a little. This is the best I can do: It's not great, but I'm hoping it would pass casual scrutiny. What do you think?
Damien Symonds Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 In case you like it, here's the PSD file. Hopefully you'll be able to see the steps I took, and copy them on your photo.
meris Posted August 4, 2016 Author Posted August 4, 2016 So the 2 layers are just cloned materials and masked to shape, then a H/S to make the shadow? That's interesting. Btw what do you see with the sharpening? It's SOO LR
meris Posted August 4, 2016 Author Posted August 4, 2016 How do you make a new layer in which you can clone/patch objects including the base layer?

You must NEVER sharpen in Lightroom. 10 hours ago, meris said: How do you make a new layer in which you can clone/patch objects including the base layer? It's just a plain blank layer. What's important is that you have your clone tool set to "Sample: Current and below" in the options bar.
