Export From Lightroom For Website Issues

Hi there, 

I am having loads of trouble exporting my images from lightroom and achieving a good quality image export without the file being too large.

My website developer has given me these settings for the export from lightroom but the images all come out really low quality and blurry.

 

JPEG

sRGB

Quality 80

Limit file size to 170k

1024 x 683

72 px/inch

 

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Hi mate, are all your photos landscape/scenery like this one?  Do you have any people photos?

Ok, can you choose the one with the least "busy" detail in it - eg clear sky and smooth water - and see if you get the same poor quality when you save?
