Damien Symonds
@Rebecca Yin, remind me what screen you have?

Damien Symonds
Ok. Well, when you lower their brightness how close can you get to a print match?

Rebecca Yin
Hi Damien, it is still quite off so I think I'll go with one of the more powerful calibrators - Datacolor SpyderX Elite or X-Rite i1Display Pro. Is there one in particular you'd recommend over the other?
Damien Symonds
Honestly, no. They really are neck-and-neck. I find the X-Rite perhaps a little easier to use, but the Spyder slightly more feature-rich. You'd be happy with either one, so go with the one that you can find for the best price. Damien Symonds
However, there is another option. You've got yourself a couple of pretty rubbish screens there. Maybe you could consider replacing one of them with a better screen, and going for the cheaper calibrator?
Rebecca Yin
Thanks Damien, I'll look into those options.
Rebecca Yin
I have had a look at monitors and can't find the specific models, within our budget, that you have suggested in your article, here in NZ. However I have found these ones and I was wondering if I could get your advice before purchasing on which one looks best? https://www.computerlounge.co.nz/shop/peripherals/monitors/home-office/acer-ed272-27-fhd-4ms-75hz-ips-monitor https://www.computerlounge.co.nz/shop/peripherals/monitors/home-office/dell-ultrasharp-u2412m-24-fhd-1080p-ips-led-monitor https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/MONAS12790/ASUS-VY279HE-27-Full-HD-Eye-Care-IPS-Monitor-Ultra https://www.harveynorman.co.nz/computers/monitors/acer-23.8-sa240-monitor.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=surfaces&utm_campaign=organic-shopping&utm_content=surfaces_across_google
