lucy7681
Help. I just purchased a new computer. I am wanting to use an external hard drive for my scratch disk. Preferably a portable one. Any suggestions on type? I am already getting scratch disk full. All my files are being uploaded through Lightroom to WD Mycloud book but I'm having remote access issues so I need another portable option I have MacBook Pro with 16G RAM 250GHD i7 processor thanks! Damien Symonds
Hi Lucy, I've moved your post into Brian's area, because he's the guru with this. He'll be along shortly.
Brian
I'd get a G-Drive Thunderbolt, especially if you are editing large files.
Brian
If you want a large EHD that can store files as well as be used for a scratch disk, try this one: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1024614-REG Of course any recommendations that I give will have to be based on your budget.
