Gunk in the hair?

Hi Damien! 

There is a weird circle of (something) on the top of babies hair that I can't fix... Have tried levels, highlights, etc to turn down the brightness and it doesn't help it.. Tried cloning a little but it didn't look right.. Would love your thoughts!

I'm so sorry, I've got nothing.  Your only chance would be to swap the entire top of the head, if you had another suitable photo.
