Damien Symonds Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 It's really not working, is it You've enlarged the sections way too much, I feel.
lsin Posted May 19, 2016 Author Posted May 19, 2016 How do you mean enlarged the sections? Is there any other method i could use to fix the background?
Damien Symonds Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 Well, the bits of fur you've put in there are way bigger than the existing fur, you know?
lsin Posted May 19, 2016 Author Posted May 19, 2016 ok i tried replacing just the four corners again, i havent done any hue/saturation aajustment yet, how does this look?
lsin Posted May 19, 2016 Author Posted May 19, 2016 here i have added the hue / saturation adjustment using same values you have used in your step by step guide Is it passable??
Damien Symonds Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 Can't you see the lines? The edges? At the bottom of the basket, and to the left and right?

Damien Symonds Posted May 21, 2016 Posted May 21, 2016 Fantastic. The last thing is to paint some more on the mask of the topmost pixel layer, with a low-opacity brush, to partially blend that area of sharper wool on the bottom left shadow area of the basket.
Damien Symonds Posted May 21, 2016 Posted May 21, 2016 No, the wool in the shadow still looks distinctly more in-focus than the rest.
