Sancurtis
Hello, for the last month or so my IMac is constantly crashing when I am working in Bridge 2022 and Photoshop 2022. I am running Catalina - have been afraid to update my operating system as I don’t want to lose my plugins, actions, etc. I contacted Apple and they said it is not my iMac - must be the programs. Have you heard of this problem before? If so, is there a fix? Thank you!
Damien Symonds
Hi @Sancurtis could you do this for Brian?
Brian
Yeah, I have a few ideas, but I'm going to need more info. I've found that Catalina had issues with the latest versions of Photoshop, so I had to upgrade to Big Sur, which is mature at this stage and is perfectly fine to upgrade to if you have a 2017 iMac or newer. But before I explain how to upgrade, I'm going to need more info about your Mac. Post the results from the link that Damien gave you above.
